About Orit Gadish
Possessing degrees from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and National University in Los Angeles, Orit Gadish maintains a dedication to educational pursuits and professional development. As President, CEO, and REO Real Estate Broker of Gadish Properties, Inc., Orit Gadish applies her diverse set of skills to running a prominent real estate firm and managing the company’s business development, marketing, and quality assurance.
Orit Gadish complements her range of executive positions in the information technology, marketing, and realty sectors with strong academic foundations in computer science, political science, and real estate studies. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National University, and a California Real Estate Broker License, Orit Gadish has supplemented her academic training with a variety of vocational courses. Throughout her diversified career, Orit Gadish has advanced her abilities with continuing education and workshops in financial accounting, marketing management, situational leadership, strategic planning, and coaching. In addition, Orit Gadish is an REO Default Certified Professional and has completed classes in Introduction to REO Brokerage, as well as a Realtor Certification Course.
As a leader at a well-respected company in the REO and foreclosure business, Orit Gadish belongs to numerous professional organizations where she networks with key players in the industry. In addition to serving in the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, Orit Gadish is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Bay Area Association of Realtors, California Desert Association of Realtors, and a variety of other California regional real estate associations.
Before establishing Gadish Properties, Inc. with her husband David Gadish, Orit Gadish held high-level positions at Countrywide Financial Corporation and Capita Technologies. In the past, Orit Gadish has also worked for Southern California Gas Company, Hitech Systems, Inc., Managed Provider Networks, and the Santa Barbara Police Department.
